Can I return or exchange an item?
Unfortunately, return is not available. As you know these works are done in a tremendously hard work manner hand crafted by master Chan. Each product has its enormous value and story. So please consider thoroughly before purchasing. We appreciate your understanding. Our handcrafted paper cuttings are meticulously made, each one a unique piece of art.. Due to their custom nature, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
If it’s a broken product, please show to the courier and email us. We will deliver the same one.
Can I cancel my order?
If you ordered by accident or simply changed your mind, let us know ASAP. If the order wasn't shipped yet, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund.
